- 24x7 support coverage
- Include public holidays & weekend
- 4 times/year preventive maintenance
- Unlimited case support
In each support agreement, there are three (3) options which you can choose based on your operation requirement.
1. Service Only: Only support and fix issues.
2. Service & Part Backup: Support and fix issues. If cannot be fixed, part to backup will be offered temporarily.
3. Service & Part Replacement: Support and fix issues. If cannot be fixed, parts to be replaced will be offered.
