1.  Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working with team in solution design, support, and implementation
• Consulting and providing best practice solution to customer
• Professionalism proactive and reactive support to team and customers
• Keep customer more satisfaction on company’s services
• Able to work overtime, weekend, holiday as company need.
• Install and configure enterprise hardware (Server and Storage) regardless vendors
• Experience with Windows Servers, virtualized servers (Hyper-V, VMWare, Microsoft Azure servers (VMs), etc.
• Experience with Install and configure UNIX, Linux
• Be genuine passion for new technology
• Any tasks assigned by supervisor/director
• Able to work under pressure.

2. Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Hands-on experience for VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure and
• Experience in Servers and storage hardware
• Proficiency of diagnosing and solving customer issues
• Good in interpersonal communication
• Good in English writing, listening, and speaking
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation, and team spirit.

3. Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 6:00pm
• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
